When you look up an address. The address you enter is recorded, along with the community it falls in. This happens whether or not you go on to give contact details.

When you send your details. If you complete a form, the name, email address, phone number and any notes you provide are recorded.

Automatically. This site uses Google Analytics 4, which places cookies and collects standard usage data including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and the site or search that referred you. Google's own privacy policy governs its handling of that data.

What it is used for

Contact details are used to reply to you about your property and nothing else. Usage data is used to understand which pages are useful.

What is never done with it

Your details are not sold, not rented, and not shared with lead-generation companies, other brokerages, or third-party marketers. There is no referral network behind this site.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private database operated for this site and are accessible only to Michael Putnam.

Third-party services

Home value estimates are produced by RPR (Realtors Property Resource) and are displayed on this site through their widget. Where current listings appear, that data comes from Stellar MLS via MLS GRID. Those providers operate under their own terms.

Opting out

You can block cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on, without losing access to this site. To have anything you submitted deleted, email [email protected] and it will be removed.
